The 19-story building with 232 total units offers efficiency, one, two, and three bedroom condominiums with either oceanfront, angle oceanfront or boulevard views. Each unit is completely furnished and accessorized and features granite countertops in kitchen and bath, Jacuzzi style tub with porcelain tile surround, tile flooring in entry/kitchen/baths, luxury carpeting in bedrooms and living areas, flat panel LCD televisions and internet access. A number of units feature a custom interiors package that includes stainless steel kitchen appliances, crown molding, ceiling fans and a different custom furnishings package. 
Water amenities located on the resort&#8217;s ground floor include oceanfront lazy river, spa, pool, and children&#8217;s water play area with fantasy animals and a tube water slide. Additional amenities include enclosed interior corridors, fitness area, meeting rooms and a second-row 10-level parking facility that also houses commercial space. The adjacent city park, donated by the developer as part of the resort&#8217;s Planned Unit Development (PUD) designation, features bench swings, gazebo with picnic tables, fresh-water shower, public restroom, and tiered ADA ramp beach access.

General Contractor Landmark Builders of South Carolina, LLC reported crews placed the 19-story tower structure roof slab at the end of February and the roof for the 10-story parking facility the first week in March. Landmark and developer Shroff Development LLC have planned a top-out celebration for workers at the site on March 14, 2008.

Designed by Carter Architecture, Inc. of Myrtle Beach, the two-phase resort, situated on over 500 feet of pristine coastline in the popular Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, features contemporary glass styling accented with art deco flourishes. The first phase, under construction on the northern portion of the oceanfront property, is a 269,512 gross square foot tower with 221 total condos for sale. The ground level will feature both indoor and outdoor water amenities. The 171,492 gross square feet parking deck, located across the street, will provide 366 parking spaces. The ground level of the facility will feature a full-service restaurant as well as commercial space.

The Hoffman Group handled the pre-construction condo sales program for Towers On The Grove with prices starting at $149,900. Phase I offers 11 different plans in efficiency, one, two, or three bedroom styles with boulevard, ocean view or oceanfront views. Each condominium unit features full kitchen and will be fully furnished with upscale designer furnishings and accessories. Unit features include granite countertops in kitchen and baths, tiled entry, kitchen and baths, carpeted living and bedroom areas, at least one Jacuzzi style tub with ceramic tile surround, custom furniture collection and flat-screen televisions.

As of March 4, 2008, Landmark stated that crews have completed mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-in work through level 18; stud walls through level 15; windows through level 15 and painting through level 7. City Council gave PUD approval to the developers of the proposed Towers On the Grove oceanfront property with a 5-0 vote on Monday, December 18, 2006. Located in North Myrtle Beach oceanfront between 21st Avenue North and 23rd Avenue North, the area encompasses approximately 3.5 acres of beachfront as well as second and third row property.

With approval in hand, Towers Investment LLC principles Casey Shroff and David Hix are preparing to proceed with construction of the South Tower that will replace the former Cherry Grove Manor in North Myrtle Beach. Construction is anticipated to begin mid-February 2007.
