This late November 2006 oceanfront view shows the newly opened Dunes Village Phase I and construction progress on the adjacent Phase II where new South and North towers will adjoin the existing structure.
Crews began construction on the south side of the resort in July 2006. By October, they were preparing to pour the 10th floor on the south side and the 4th floor on the North side.
