The Caribbean Phase II received its official Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Myrtle Beach on Friday, June 1, 2007. Purchasers began closings and walk-through punch lists immediately - generally to rave reviews! The photos in this story were all taken Monday, June 4, 2007
